How can I change my Debit Card PIN?

Call (800) 290-7893 to select a new PIN.  You will be asked to enter your 16-digit card number, the last 4 digits of your SSN/TIN, your zip code, and the 3-digit number on the back of your card.

How do I check my FREE credit report?

Federal law allows all consumers to get a free copy of your credit report every 12 months from each credit reporting agency.  AnnualCreditReport.com is the only trusted source for free credit reports.  To get the most out of your credit reports, order your credit reports at different times throughout the year so you can check your credit more often!

What should I do if I suspect Identity Theft?

  1. Call the companies where you know fraud occured
  2. Place a fraud alert and get your credit reports
  3. Report identity theft to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
  4. File a report with your local police department

How can I find my Routing Number and Account Number?

Glenwood State Bank's ABA routing number is 091902023.  Your routing number and account number can be found by looking at your check; see the illustration below.  If you do not have checks, you will need to speak with a representative to verify your account number.
